At the beginning of the 1990s, the administration center of the HypoVereinsbank in Arabellapark-Munich was expanded for over 900 employees by the addition of a building to the east of the Hypo Tower.

Walther and Bea Betz – the architects of the Hypo Tower – also designed this office building.

This project demonstrates how the concept for an office building can evolve over 20 years since the original construction of the Hypo Tower. A large, multifunctional atrium forms the center of the structure. The 6-storey building is characterized by transparency, fully-functioning windows for natural ventilation, a double façade and sophisticated shading systems.
