The office and commercial building at Koenigstrasse 5 in the inner city of Stuttgart was demolished and replaced by a new building.
Retail and commercial units are located in the levels from the upper basement to the 2nd floor; offices are located in the top four storeys. The four basement levels are used for parking, mechanical equipment centers and secondary rooms. Additional ventilation and cooling units are located on the roof.
