In a building shared with the University of Television and Film (HFF), the State Museum of Egyptian Art has found a unique residence.

The entrance to the museum is reminiscent of Egyptian building style, with an outdoor staircase descending to the underground doorways. The sequence of large and small exhibition rooms, which have austere concrete surfaces, offers a modern interpretation of ancient architecture. Selected exhibits give the visitor an overview of 5000 years of Egyptian cultural history.

The main objective of the mechanical services design was optimal integration into the architecture, while at the same time providing ideal conditions for visitors and, above all, for the sensitive exhibits.
