In Kecskemét, 80 kilometers southeast of Budapest, a complete automobile plant was built, where over 150,000 cars have been produced annually since 2012. KBP was tasked with planning the technical building equipment for the entire plant. The total area of 230,000 m² includes the stamping shop, body shop, paint shop, assembly hall, and auxiliary buildings for technology and logistics.

Demand-oriented building planning and energy optimization in both the construction and technical systems were key planning objectives. As a result, the total energy demand was reduced to an excellent value for production facilities. To ensure high planning quality, the entire project was designed in 3D across all project phases.
