NOVE is an elegant office building which was built on the last undeveloped property at the Arnulfpark in Munich. In an international competition, the Milan architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners submitted the winning design for the project.

The office building has a particularly high-quality façade and hotel-like reception areas as well as lounges and restaurants in the atrium. The outcome is a first-class property, which is unique in Munich’s real estate market. Special emphasis was placed on high-end equipment, spacious room layouts and high technical standards.
