The office and commercial building at Königstraße 5 in downtown Stuttgart was demolished and replaced with a new construction. Retail and commercial units occupy the first basement to the second upper floor, while offices are located in the four upper floors. The four basement levels house the underground parking, technical centers, and auxiliary rooms. Additional technical centers are located on the roof.
