In an attractive location in downtown Stuttgart, Das Gerber has become a vibrant center. The shopping mall which is open on three sides, serves as a continuation of Stuttgart’s main shopping street. The building links the city center to the neighbouring districts, above all to the Gerberviertel. In the spirit of urban mixed use, the Gerber includes offices, apartments and a public underground carpark.

The three-story mall has a spacious food court on the lowest level, featuring two supermarkets. The other two levels host over 80 retail units, housing numerous trendy brand shops with an international assortment. The center was completed in 2015 and was awarded a gold certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
