Besonderheit
The new Aerodynamic Test Center was built on the grounds of the Research and Innovation Center (FIZ) from 2006 to the end of 2007. It represents an important component in the expansion of capacities for research and development of vehicles for the BMW Group brands. It includes one wind tunnel at a scale of 1:1 and another at 1:2. In addition to office spaces for the associated workstations, the entrance level houses functional units for the wind tunnels as well as facilities for the employees.
