A number of new buildings were built as part of restructuring measures at the headquarters of a Munich electronics manufacturer. Between 2015 and 2017, a hybrid building was built as part of these measures. The building provides space for offices, laboratories, testing facilities and meeting rooms on almost 20,000 m².

The property is located in an area with utilities in place for existing buildings. These supply facilities were adapted, replaced or renewed to accommodate the new building.

The project was accompanied by extensive infrastructure measures that would maintain the uninterrupted supply of utilities to existing buildings and meet the need for further restructuring of the site.
