Besonderheit

In the early 1990s, the administrative center of HypoVereinsbank in Munich's Arabellapark was expanded with a building for over 900 employees, located to the east of the Hypo Tower. Walther and Bea Betz, the architects of the Hypo Tower, also designed this office building.

It impressively shows how the concept of an office building can evolve over 20 years. A large, multifunctional atrium forms the core of the building. Transparency, operable windows for natural ventilation, a double façade, and sophisticated shading systems characterize the six-story building.
