With 1.1 million inhabitants, Odessa is the fourth largest city in Ukraine. Home to a large number of universities and institutes, it is one of the largest economic, cultural and tourist centres in the country. Directly on the Black Sea, four kilometres from the centre, comprehensive planning was completed and construction begun on a luxury hotel and residential building in the middle of the Odessa’s largest city park.

The five-star property was designed to hold 333 modern, elegant rooms and suites for guests from all over the world. A lounge bar with a library, two restaurants, a brasserie with terraces, an executive lounge and a sky bar were the intended highlights of this ambitious project. Spacious banquet facilities, water sports facilities and a Spa & Sports Center rounded out the picture.

The technical equipment was planned according to international standards, taking local conditions under consideration. The project plans included a CHP (combined heat and power) unit to ensure the supply of heat, cooling and electricity and compensate for fluctuations in the public power grid.
